Privacy for private beta

MakeTheMove stores account details, planning preferences, Moves, invitations, votes, Journeys, and notification settings so participants can collaborate.

What group members can see

Members of the same Move can see its plan, participant display names, RSVP status, candidates, votes, confirmed destination, itinerary, and shared activity. Email addresses are not shown as public profile information.

Providers

Google Places and Ticketmaster provide discovery data. Supabase provides authentication and application data services. Expo supports beta builds and push delivery.

Your controls

You can change discovery, activity-name, and notification preferences in the app. Account deletion permanently removes your account and every Move you own.

Beta diagnostics

Diagnostic logs are designed to exclude passwords, authentication tokens, and secret keys. Beta testers should avoid entering sensitive information in Move notes.

This beta notice will be replaced with the final published privacy policy before public release.
